1. Coach Nadine Bringing the Heat in Dryland Training 💪
Our coaches are leading the way with solid dryland sessions! Check out Coach Nadine crushing it—strength, technique, and motivation all in one. This kind of work away from the pool is what separates good from great. Keep pushing, team!

2. Daily Motivation to Start Your Day Right ☀️
Multiple shout-outs this week: “Have an incredible day!” and “Have a great day!” We’re all about that positive mindset—whether you’re heading to practice, school, or work. Small vibes lead to big swims!

3. Big Congratulations to Jewels Carlini – Swim Florida Hall of Fame Inductee! 🌟
We’re incredibly proud to welcome Jewels Carlini (Estero HS ’22, FSU) into the Swim Florida Hall of Fame!
Her impressive resume includes:

• 2x FHSAA State Champion (100 Free & 100 Back)

• ACC Academic Honor Roll

• News-Press Swimmer of the Year
Jewels represents everything we stand for: excellence in the pool, in the classroom, and in life. Huge congrats—your legacy inspires the next generation at Swim Florida!
